Brad Hightower is an associate in the firm's Business practice group. He routinely handles complex issues that arise in business reorganization, restructuring and liquidations in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hightower interned with the Executive Office of the President in Washington, D.C., where he coordinated with the Office of Science and Technology to design feature articles for the White House website. Mr. Hightower also completed a two year clerkship with the Honorable Margaret A. Mahoney, the Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama.

Mr. Hightower's representative clients include Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, Manheim Automotive Financial Services, Inc., General Electric Capital Corporation and Citicapital Commercial Corporation.

When he is not working at the firm, Mr. Hightower's interests include
playing tennis at a competition level in tournaments throughout the state of Alabama, where he has obtained a top five ranking.
