Dan Sparks, a founding member of Christian & Small, represents lenders, corporations and individuals in all aspects of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, workouts, asset recovery and foreclosure matters. Mr. Sparks formerly served on the vestry and is a member at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, serves on the Mountain Brook Athletics Board, is a founding trustee of Jingle Bell Jam, Inc. and is a former Vice-President of the Crestline Elementary PTA. He is AV® rated.
Mr. Sparks is a frequent seminar speaker and has authored numerous articles on bankruptcy law and litigation matters.
