Mike is a partner in the firm's litigation section. His practice includes insurance defense litigation, the representation of businesses and individuals in complex, multi-party litigation, and products liability litigation. He currently serves as the firm's hiring partner. Mike has practiced law with Christian & Small since its formation.
Of recent note, Mike successfully represented an Alabama company against wrongful interference with its business. The jury trial resulted in a multi-million dollar jury verdict in favor of Mike's client.
Mike is active in the legal and local community. He currently serves on the Parish Council of the Cathedral of St. Paul in downtown Birmingham, and has served as the spokesperson for its annual charity campaign for the past two years.
