The goal of Christian & Small's recruiting program is to hire the most qualified law school graduates and lateral attorneys so that we may continue to provide the highest caliber legal services to our clients. In order to achieve that objective, we strive to attract bright, talented law students who embrace our commitment to excellence and who aspire to become leaders in the legal community. In selecting candidates for summer and permanent positions, we seek those students who exemplify the characteristics of an exceptional lawyer — energetic, dedicated, outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, confidence and leadership skills, willingness to assume responsibility and accept professional challenges, and the ability to command the respect of peers and adversaries alike.

Christian & Small recruits exceptional law students throughout the Southeast. We conduct on-campus interviews at the region's premier law schools, including Alabama, Cumberland, Emory, Georgia, Tulane and Vanderbilt. We also welcome resumes from law schools throughout the country.
