Our attorneys frequently use their skill in post-verdict motion practice in circuit courts throughout Alabama and provide briefing support to the firm's attorneys throughout the litigation process. The firm’s appellate advocates have successfully prosecuted appeals before the United States Supreme Court, and they routinely handle appeals in the state and federal courts in Alabama and elsewhere, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Alabama Supreme Court and the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. Christian & Small’s appellate work spans a wide variety of substantive law issues ranging from complex corporate matters to personal injury to constitutional law questions.
