Liquor Liability

Our experienced Liquor Liability practice group defends clients in dram shop litigation. We also represent clients with disputes or licensing issues before the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. To minimize exposure to potential lawsuits, the firm also frequently assists clients with the comprehensive evaluation of existing liquor liability programs and the development of new programs, as well as regularly providing in-house training seminars.
